How to take it: Triazolam comes in the form of a drug and should be consumed by mouth at bedtime. There is no restriction of taking the medicine with or without food.
How does the medicine work: Triazolam belongs to a group of medicine called as benzodiazepines which has the ability of enhancing the effectiveness of the naturally occurring chemical called as GABA. This reduces certain signals in the nerve cells, thereby relaxing the muscles, inducing sleep and reducing anxiety.
