How to take it: Restoril comes in the form of a capsule should be consumed by mouth just before going to bed as it would work better then. The medicine can be consumed either empty stomach or with food.
How does it work: Restoril when consumed starts reacting with the chemical called GABA which is naturally present in our bodies. The effectiveness of GABA is increased thereby reducing the anxiety and causing sleepiness.
