How to Take it: Dormalin is a tablet which has to be taken by mouth just before going to bed. This medicine can be taken with or without food. Over dose of the medicine should not be taken.

How it Works: Dormalin has the ability to produce mild sedation through the process of causing depressing activity in the central nervous system. In other words, Dormalin enhances the effect of GABA, which is a chemical that is responsible of inhibiting the firing of the neurons and dampening the transmission of the nerve signals. As a result of this the nervous excitation is decreased to a great extent causing sleepiness, relaxing muscles and reducing anxiety.

Side Effects: dizziness, fatigue, headache and drowsiness
