How to Take it: Take Ambien with a full glass of water without breaking it down. The dose should be taken as prescribed by the doctor. You should ensure that the pill is not consumed just after the meal or during normal working hours.

How it Works: There are certain chemicals in the brain which become unbalanced thereby causing insomniosis. Ambien directly goes and affects these chemicals thereby inducing sleep.

Some Side Effects: Ambien may cause dizziness, headache, nausea, diarrhoea or constipation and muscle pains.
