How to Take it: Lamisil Oral is available in tablet form, a cream and solution. It is normally taken once every day to take via mouth. You can take this medication either with food or without food. Continue taking Lamisil even if you feel good. If you ever miss a dose, just skip it and follow your regular schedule.

How it Works: Lamisil Oral belongs to a class of medications called as antifungals. It puts off the growth of fungus.

Some Side Effects: Common side effects include stomach upset, tiredness, diarrhea, indigestion, easy bruising or bleeding, loss of taste and vision changes. Some serious side effects include liver disease, severe stomach pain, yellowing of eyes, persistent nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite, dark urine, rash, trouble breathing and itching.
