How it Works: It works by blocking the action of some chemicals, which are responsible for tightening the blood vessels, so that blood can flow more smoothly and efficiently.
Some Side Effects: Common side effects include dizziness, runny nose, lightheadedness, sore throat, congestion, fever, cough, back pain, diarrhea and muscle aches. Some serious side effects include inflammation of the face, lips, or lower legs, rash and difficulty breathing or swallowing.
