How to take it: Acadryl comes as tablets, liquid or capsule, all can be taken with or without food. The last dose should be 30 minutes prior to bedtime to give better sleep. Chewable tablets should not be swallowed without chewing well.

How it works: Acadryl relieves allergies by inhibiting the natural histamine substance. By blocking acetylcholine it prevents runny-nose/watery-eyes caused by allergies.

Side effects: Acadryl side effects include dry mouth, throat or nose, dizziness, headaches, diarrhea, constipation, blurred vision, lower co-ordination and irritation.
