How to take it: Cylert is sold as tablets. You should have it in a single dose in the morning. You should start by consuming 37.5 milligrams per day, which can be increased if required. The normal dose contains 56 to 75 milligrams of the drug.

How it works: Cylert works as a stimulant of the central nervous system and helps to maintain adequate level of chemicals in the brain so as to treat various problems associated with ADHD.

Side effects: Insomnia is the most common side effect of this drug.  You may also experience side effects like, depression, lethargy, headache and liver problems.
